Brooke Figge

BrookeBrooke is a native of Rancho Santa Margarita and a former Santa Margarita High School standout in both swimming and water polo as a 4-year varsity athlete. In the age-group days of competitive water polo, she was on several championship club teams, including local water polo club SET, where she helped lead the team to national championships. She earned an athletic scholarship to ASU but returned to California after her first semester to continue her collegiate career at Long Beach State. Brooke experienced several injuries as a young athlete, including a stress fracture in her back that led to her early retirement. The experiences she gained from being a high-level athlete taught her the importance of good maintenance care and a well-rounded approach to healthy living. In fact, Brooke was a regular patient of Chuck Pechin in the early days of CAP Alternative Therapy.

Today, Brooke, who is a photographer by trade, is a working mom who also homeschools her 7-year old daughter, Jade. Her journey through motherhood and athletics gives Brooke a great platform to help other postpartum women as well as their children. She is excited to give back to the young athletes in the community and help patients feel and function at their best.
